I lived in the property for 6-7 years and found it perfect as a first time home. The flat is very spacious for a studio with its own separate bathroom and kitchen which have both been recently renovated, (although the cooker does need replacing to match).
As there is currently a tenant in the property, I didn't want to cause too much disruption otherwise a new carpet would have been laid, and the walls could have been painted, but the price has been set to reflect this. The property is close to Leytonstone station with lots of restaurant's and local shops to choose from".
