"We've owned the property since it was first built just over 10 years ago and really like the open plan kitchen/living area and general layout - maximising the living space as well as providing a good amount of storage. We also like that there are windows on three sides of the flat, which you don't see very often. It gives you airflow and light throughout. The improvements we have made, such as the oak flooring has updated the overall look and feel of the flat. The garden is another perk, providing us with an outside space for barbeques with friends and family. Finally, the location is fantastic with amenities, parks and tube/ trains/ buses minutes away.

Leytonstone has a real community feel, with great little restaurants, cafes and bars (with friendly and passionate owners!). New exciting places are popping up all the time - it really feels like the place is changing for the better all the time. As well as a bustling centre, Leytonstone also has lots of great park and forest spaces nearby. Having a baby has made us realise how much is on offer here, not only for us but the little ones too. Additionally, Leytonstone is good for getting around, with both the central line and the Overland only minutes away - great for people working centrally as you'll get on the tube before it gets too crowded. So why are we moving? Well, it's certainly not to be elsewhere in the capital, in that respect there's nowhere else we'd rather be; however work commitments are taking us away from London and onto a new chapter in our lives."
