Here are a few words about the property from the Landlord... I have loved living here, it's cosy, set back from the road, so very safe, quiet and private, and surrounded by a well looked after communal garden. When I moved in I spent time upgrading features and looking after the place, crucially replacing the outdated storage heaters with electric radiators which are much more cost and heat efficient. The living room and kitchen are great for entertaining and the bedroom is roomy with a huge fitted wardrobe and doesn't back onto any other properties so always very peaceful. The flat is perfect for someone living on their own or as a couple.
Having lived in E11 for 8 year, I can say this flat is definitely the best situated - it's right between Leytonstone and Leyton so you have access to lots of amenities including two gyms, the retail park, lots of lovely pubs and restaurants and it's only 20 minutes walk to Stratford Westfield. It's really close to the tube, the overground and lots of bus routes too. I'm sad to leave but excited for someone else to enjoy this home.
