We have lived in this house for over 30 years, it has been a lovely family home for us, and over the years we have made vast improvements to the property.

This area has brilliant transport links, both buses and underground and overground trains and we are close to Westfield shopping centre (E20) and Queen Elizabeth Park. Less than 10 minutes drive we have Tescos in Leytonstone and Asda in Leyton, and within walking distance to home, you have Wanstead flats. A little further away is the boating lake over Hollow Ponds and the local pubs are very good, with The Leytonstone Tavern, Rookwood Village and The Hollytree among our favourites.

We are leaving our family home to be close to our children, and it will be sorely missed, but we hope another family can love and enjoy it just as much as we have.
