There's a great communal spirit in Colts yard, we have a group whatsapp where we talk with our neighbours and pre-lockdown we actually went to the pub together. All lovely people.
The communal garden is an excellent benefit as it is very rarely used so you can effectively as your own second garden. Perfect for summer parties.
A lot of the property has been renovated very recently, the Kitchen and boiler is only 2 years old, the bathroom only 1 year old and the Garden including the deck and fencing was only done this year. Overall the property is in good shape but does need new floors in the bedrooms and living room. It shouldn't be super costly but we didn't get round to doing it in time.
