'We have lived here for over 40 years but sadly it is time for us to move on to be nearer to our children and grandchildren. The area has changed considerably over the years with a wide range of local facilities added, such as the retail park with superstores and retail outlets as well as the High Roads wealth of shops and restaurants.

Our home has huge potential and lots of room and although we have made improvements in the past due to our age now it is a little bit too much for us to update a house of this size to modern standards now. We wish the next owner enjoys their time as much as our family has'.
