Attractive externally, it impresses straight away with its well-kept gated frontage and beautiful exposed brickwork, this property would be a real privilege to come home to.
Inside it gets even better. The through lounge of generous dimensions provides a living space in which to relax to the front of the property, boasting a beautiful working fireplace, perfect for adding a bit of additional charm during times such as the festive period. The dining area to the rear allows enough space for a large dining table, ideal for those get-togethers and also has the convenience of direct access to the garden too.
The kitchen feels surprisingly spacious and has plenty of cupboard space and room for all the essential appliances. Beyond an additional area provides more storage and space for white goods. Lastly a good size, fully tiled four piece bathroom completes the ground floor internally. Outside the garden may not be the biggest but, with a full-width shed plus a large side area there is still plenty of space.
To the first floor, this excellently maintained home provides, what is currently used as an office a large bedroom stretching the width of the property, its two large windows making this a beautiful, bright environment and includes a working feature fireplace. Two further bedrooms, both of which are decent doubles plus a shower room, will save a trip to another floor if the facilities are required, handy for those with children.
The loft has been converted to provide the fourth and final bedroom. This large room again is such a bright, inviting part of the house and feels like a bit of a retreat, an ideal haven after a long busy day. As well as its size there is also a lot of inbuilt cupboard space in the eaves plus an en-suite shower room.
The property is located in an area of lovely tree-lined residential roads, yet not too far away from Leytonstone High Road. Here you will be provided with a selection of bus routes, Leytonstone leisure centre for those who like to keep fit then Leytonstone itself has some excellent places to eat, drink and shop for all tastes. Those with children will be pleased to be in the catchment of some great schools, such as The Jenny Hammond Primary School.
Owners Commented… ‘This is a very cosy, nicely presented and much loved home that we have lived in for 6 years but now have to move on due to work relocation. This has been a great home for us to start our family, with enough indoor and outdoor space for the kids and still enough space to have visitors and sleep overs. The house is well maintained and, if you approve our taste, then you may not have to do any maintenance work. In the downstairs bathroom you can relax having a Jacuzzi followed by a nice dinner in the dining area looking outside the garden while the night can end in the upstairs bedroom that offers great privacy and makes you think you are living alone in the house. We are privileged to have nice and quiet neighbours while our street never gets busy. The bus stop is just a few steps away and there are many good schools, playgrounds, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops within a 5 minute walk. The house is in between Leytonstone or Leyton where you can get more options to shop, eat, have drinks or get the tube and reach bank in 15mins. We really hope that our home will find nice owners that will love it a s much as we have’.
