'I have owned my house for over thirty years and absolutely love it. It is the perfect size for a couple who may wish to raise their family there. There is a school, a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, convenience stores, all within a five minute walk. Travelling to work or elsewhere is really convenient, with all the local transport links close by. The road itself is very attractive and quiet and the traffic is minimal with plenty of off-street parking availability. I really hope the house finds someone who will love it and appreciate it as much as I have'.
