Owners Comments…. 'What initially attracted me to the property was the garden and the location. The large rear garden provided the perfect private spot for many a BBQ and allowed for children to play safely. The location, close to the tube while being in a very nice residential area close to pubs, restaurants and green space was an enjoyable place in which to live. The second major benefit was the fact that the flat has two good size double bedrooms, not a box room. We spent many happy years living in this flat.
